A business valuation is invaluable in any negotiation to sell your business/practice. And as a business owner, a valuation is "key" for estate planning, gifting, tax purposes, SBA loan purposes, partner buy-outs/buy-ins, disputes, and many types of litigation reasons.
It is a common belief among accounting, finance, and brokerage firms that most business owners value their businesses 25% to 35% under fair market value.
Many of our clients have a valuation completed annually to track the value of their businesses year-to-year and for those clients that have ESOPs ( Employee Stock Option Plans ), this is the most cost effective way to ensure a fair value of stock. We specialize in valuations as a 3rd party with no vested interest in the outcome of the valuation whereas other firms may also include business brokerage service as well (possible conflict of interest or bias in the valuation).

Survey Development, Administration, & Analysis |
Creation/development of custom surveys (questionnaires), identification and collection of a target population and sample size, administration via paper, web, and/or telephone, and statistical analysis with an in-depth final report.
Market research, customer and/or staff satisfaction, and custom focused analyses are available. Comprehensive project management techniques will be applied to collaborate on the design of custom surveys using quantitative and qualitative questions; identify target groups; ensure a minimum number of completed surveys; conduct the surveys using various formats using mail, web, or phone; and generate a detailed, easy-to-understand report based on descriptive (average/mean, median, frequency distribution) and inferential (T-test, Pearsson's R-squared, Chi-square) statistical methods.
